Behavioral profile · Trampetti
Seven work drives, four decision-style preferences, and a plain-language report on how to communicate with, manage, and pair this person. Built for teams that want a shared vocabulary, not a verdict.
Assertiveness, Sociability, Steadiness, Precision, Analysis, Ingenuity, and Resilience, each scored 0 to 100 against the midpoint. Scores between 38 and 62 are the flex zone, where behavior depends on context.
Four preferences: where you get energy, what information you trust, how you decide, and how you handle structure. Reported as a four-letter code with a clarity reading for each letter, so a slight lean is never mistaken for a strong one.

Part 1 · Work drives
Answer as you actually are, not as you'd like to be. Keys 1 to 5 answer the next open item.
Job target
Fourteen statements about the work itself. The result is a target band for each drive that candidate reports can be laid over. Answer for the role as it will actually be done in the next twelve months.
Critical drives get a narrow band. Flexible drives are shown but not scored. Most roles have two or three critical drives, not seven.
Job target
Send candidates the assessment link. When their report opens with this target attached, or when you paste this target into their report's Compare box, the report shows fit per drive and where to focus the interview.
Team view
Paste result links or codes, one per line, or send people here from the admin roster. Everything is computed in this browser. Descriptions are of tendencies, not a verdict on the team.
Admin roster
Tags the assessment with a role and a reference (client, requisition, cohort). Both travel with the result and, when a webhook is configured, to the team's systems.
Observer form
Twenty-one statements about behavior you have actually seen. Rate how often, not how much you like the person. Your name is not collected. The person will see your rating labelled only by your relationship to them, and a single rating cannot be anonymous.
It contains your 21 ratings and your relationship label, nothing else. They paste it into the Compare box on their own report.
Work Style Index · Report
Paste another person's result link or code, or a job target link. A person overlays this profile in amber. A job target draws its bands on the drives and adds a fit section.
Position relative to the midpoint. Extreme scores are not better or worse, they are more predictable. Each score is an estimate, give or take about 8 points, shown by the thin line behind the dot.
What this pattern needs from a job, and how it tends to show up in four everyday situations.
Four preferences on a continuum. Clarity tells you how firmly the letter is held.
Fit is a conversation guide. A stretch means the role would ask this person to work against their natural pace or style for long stretches, not that they cannot do it. Confirm with work samples and references.
Feedback alone rarely changes behavior. One concrete experiment per strong drive, with a way to notice whether it worked.
Anyone with this code can reconstruct the report. Share it deliberately.
